What does the AA offer?

The AA started in 1905 as a small group of motoring enthusiasts who came together to warn other drivers about speed traps.

Now with over 14 million members, it's since grown to offer a variety of financial products such as breakdown cover, car insurance, travel insurance.

The AA's home insurance cover is underwritten by panel of insurers: AA Underwriting, Accredited Insurance (Europe) Limited, Acromas, Ageas, AXA, Covea, Direct Group Highway Insurance, Geo Underwriting, Integra Insurance, Fairmead, Lloyds Bank, Novae, Pen Underwriting, Royal & Sun Alliance and Zurich.

The AA offers two levels of home insurance cover: its standard and Home Insurance Plus. 

The standard policy includes burst pipes cover and key cover. You can optionally add accidental damage cover, legal expenses cover and home emergency cover.
