What does Post Office pet insurance offer?

Post Office offers pet insurance for cats, dogs and rabbits, and its policies are underwritten by Pinnacle Insurance plc.

It offers three types of cover: lifetime policies, 'max benefit' policies, and time-limited cover. Its lifetime policies have fee limits of up to £7,000, starting at £1,000.

If you don't want to wait for the cover to kick in, the Post Office offers policies with a wait time of just three days before you can claim for accidental injury.
