Victorian Plumbing bathrooms review

In June 2023, we surveyed 6,833 people about their bathrooms to find out what they really think of big bathroom brands, including Victorian Plumbing, B&Q, Ikea and Wickes.

As well as asking Victorian Plumbing customers to rate it as a retailer, we also got them to assess the company's bathroom products in terms of quality, durability and value for money.

Finally, we asked customers to rate Victorian Plumbing's individual fixtures and fittings, like sinks, taps, toilets and cabinets.

The bathroom retailer with the highest customer score in our survey got 83%, while the lowest score was 67%.

Finally, we asked respondents how they rated individual fixtures and fittings like shower enclosures, sinks, taps and toilets for Victorian Plumbing.

Victorian Plumbing bathroom suites, stores and services

Not to be confused with the similarly named Victoria Plum, Victorian Plumbing is a major online bathroom retailer, although it has one showroom near Liverpool. As well as viewing its bathrooms online, you can ask to have a brochure posted to you. 

Founded in 1999, Victorian Plumbing stocks a large range of products under its many own-brand labels, such as Arezzo, Chatsworth, Keswick, Milan and the Victorian Plumbing brand itself. It also sells products from other big-name brands, including Duravit, Grohe and Villeroy & Boch.

It sells a range of power, electric and mixer showers, including models from Bristan, Mira and Triton, as well as standalone shower enclosures and components for wet rooms. Bathroom furniture, both freestanding and built-in, is available.

Victorian Plumbing also sells accessories, tiles, vinyl flooring, bathroom wallpaper, paint, and heating systems such as heated towel rails and underfloor heating.
