Last seen in UK dealerships in 2004, the Camry model is now in its seventh generation and has been reintroduced to the UK. It's available solely as a hybrid and promises excellent fuel economy without having to resort to a diesel. But does it deliver in our stringent lab tests? Comfort and practicality includes how easy it is, or not, to get in and out of the car and the maximum height of occupants. We also measure road, wind and engine noise and assess how well the car deals with bumps from large potholes to jittery surfaces like cobble stones.
