Hispec told us: ‘We work with the British Standards Institute (BSI) to independently test and certify all our products to ensure absolute compliance and reliability. We are surprised by this result and have contacted BSI in order to understand why this may have happened, however, in the meantime, we are confident that this product meets the required standard with no similar issues arising in our 20-year history.’
