Like many of the double ovens we test, the top compartment in the CDA DC741BL is a conventional oven that uses static heat to cook, while the lower cavity contains a fan oven. It also has an electric grill to help brown toast and make crispy bacon, but did all aspects of this built-under oven work perfectly when we sent it off to our test lab? Read the review to find out.
