What’s Auto Europe like?

Auto Europe impressed customers, with a maximum five-star rating for the clarity of extra charges and the ease of opting out of extra charges. One customer stated that: 'They are one of the few companies which make the position regarding insurance, and in particular excess, clear.'

In fact, it scored well all round. Another Auto Europe user said: ‘Very clear options when it came to selecting a car class and supplier together with very competitive prices.'

Auto Europe users were also fans of the 'user-friendly' website showing all the offers side by side, as well as the 'very helpful' telephone service for any queries they had.  

It also received a positive four out of five stars for overall satisfaction. One loyal customer of 20 years told us they have stuck with Auto Europe for its 'easy booking, good choices and excellent customer service'. 

Auto Europe does its job very well, but according to those surveyed this year, it still can’t quite compete with Zest Car Rental, which outshines it on clarity of the final hire cost.

Should I book with Auto Europe?

Auto Europe offers a good all-round service with transparent information on charges and pricing, and flexible cancellations. However, Which? Recommended Provider Zest Car Rental still edges ahead.
