What's AutoReisen like?

You’ve told us how highly you rate AutoReisen for many years now, and this year is no different. Earning a 91% customer score, it is our joint top car hire provider, along with local competitors, Cicar.

AutoReisen is not only excellent, but also cheaper than most. You paid under £200 for a week’s rental on average, and customers were impressed with its ‘no-nonsense pricing’ and ‘excellent value’.

And rest assured that you won’t be stung with add-ons later - customers awarded it the full five stars for its clarity on extra charges and final hire price. And you won’t be penalised for minor dents and prangs (as is common with other operators) because its all-inclusive prices give you full insurance, with no excess. You can also add a second driver and child seats at no extra cost.

AutoReisen also crucially scored a full five stars for its customer service and the overwhelming majority of comments were very positive, including one driver that said the company’s cars were ‘easy to book’ and the service made it ‘very efficient to check in and out’.

A regular trend in our survey was the amount of returning visitors to AutoReisen. One loyal customer had rented with the company three times a year for 20 years and said, 'the clarity of booking and service is exceptional'.
