How good is InsureandGo at handling claims?

The latest data from the Financial Conduct Authority shows that Zurich - InsureandGo's underwriter - paid 85-90% of claims made on European annual policies in 2022 - above the average of 76%. 

It paid 85-90% of claims made on annual worldwide policies - higher than the average of 82%

It accepted 80-85% of claims made on single trip policies - higher than the 73% average.

If you bought your policy before 18 October 2021, or the policy number starts with MF, call 01243 219 595.

If you bought your policy after 18 October 2021, you can claim online, or call 01702 427 215.

Before submitting cancellation claims, you should contact your travel agent and/or airline to seek a refund or to move your trip.
