What does Nationwide offer?

Nationwide's travel insurance comes with its FlexPlus packaged current account along with UK and European breakdown assistance, and worldwide family mobile phone insurance. You will need to pay a £13 monthly fee for maintaining the account.

If you have a medical condition and want to ensure it's covered, you will have to contact Nationwide at the time you book a trip. Adding the condition may mean you have to pay an additional premium.

If you're 70 or older you'll need to buy an age upgrade - which costs £65 each year - to keep your travel insurance going.

Nationwide's policies are underwritten by UK Insurance Limited.
