The latest data from the Financial Conduct Authority shows that Inter Partner Assistance SA – Tesco Bank's underwriter – accepted 70-75% of claims made on annual European policies in 2022. This is below the industry average of 76%
It accepted 80-85% of claims made on annual worldwide policies – in line with the average of 82%
The underwriter paid 85-90% of claims made on single trip policies – above the average of 73%
